Added link to MIDI configuration page in Mackie control page. Replaced previously removed link to MIDI on Linux.

Removed link to MIDI on Linux page in Mackie Control setup page.

Corrected error in Windows MIDI system description. Removed information regarding configuring JACK, and replaced with a note that JACK is now considered an advanced use case, and linked to jackaudio.org for users who need the routing capabilities of jack. Removed the MIDI on Linux and MIDI on OS X sections from the master document since those primarily discussed JACK.

Updated font import to work with Weasyprint >= 53.0
