   8 <p>Rages are essentially two Location Markers the are grouped together to mark the beginning and end of a section in the timeline.
   9 <h3>Creating a Range on the timeline</h3>
  10 <p>To create a <code>Range</code> on the timeline, right click on the <code>Range Markers</code> <code>Ruler</code> at the top of the <code>Timeline</code> then select <code>New Range</code>. Two markes will then be created along the ruler with the same name. Both marks can be moved along the timeline by clicking and dragging them to the desired location.
