  12 <h3>Creating a Range on the timeline</h3>

  14   To create a <code>Range</code> on the timeline, right click on the
  15   <code>Range Markers</code> <code>Ruler</code> at the top of the
  16   <code>Timeline</code> then select <code>New Range</code>.
  17   Two markers with the same name will appear along the ruler.
  18   Both marks can be moved along the timeline by clicking and dragging them to the desired location.
